APPOINTMENT POLICY

We recommend arriving at your appointment on time to allow time to complete/update your medical history and to sign consent(s) to treat. We understand that things do come up, resulting in late appointment arrival.  If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text us at 231.598.8828 so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to 1) shorten your appointment or 2) reschedule your appointment, incurring a “late reschedule” fee, as outlined below.

As a courtesy to all of our clients and staff, we request notice of appointment cancellation/rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you have not presented for your appointment (“no-showed”)/late canceled/late rescheduled, you will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee.

Please understand that if we do not have sufficient notice to make changes to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

REPEAT APPOINTMENT POLICY VIOLATIONS

If you have not presented for your appointment (“no-showed”)/late cancelled/late rescheduled more than 3 times, you will be required to pre-pay in full for all future services at the time of booking. Prepaid services are nonrefundable if the above Appointment Policy is violated.

 

REFUND POLICY

We always strive to achieve your desired aesthetic outcome. However, results cannot be guaranteed.  All services are nonrefundable and if additional treatments are required to achieve a desired result, you are responsible for the cost of additional treatment(s).

Refunds and exchanges on retail products are not permitted.   Defective products may only be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable for cash.

 

GUEST POLICY

Our staff and clients love babies, children, and pets. However, we take pride in providing an exceptional experience every time you visit. We therefore encourage you to please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children and helps us create a relaxing environment for all of our clients. Additionally, non-service animals are not permitted in this medical facility due to sanitation concerns.
