Appointment Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $150 fee will be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals at our discretion. If you are running late, please contact us at 231.598.8828.
Clients who have no-showed or cancelled without notice more than three times will be required to prepay in full for all future services. Prepaid services are non-refundable.
We maintain a waitlist. Timely notice of any changes allows us to accommodate another client.

Refund Policy
We always strive to achieve your desired aesthetic outcome. However, results cannot be guaranteed. All services are nonrefundable and if additional treatments are required to achieve a desired result, you are responsible for the cost of additional treatment(s).
Refunds and exchanges on retail products are not permitted. Defective products may only be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable for cash.

As a licensed medical practice, Embry & Co., PLLC is committed to protecting your health information. Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), you have specific rights regarding how your protected health information is used and disclosed. Our staff and clients love babies, children, and pets. However, we take pride in providing an exceptional experience every time you visit. We therefore encourage you to please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children and helps us create a relaxing environment for all of our clients. Additionally, non-service animals are not permitted in this medical facility due to sanitation concerns.
